Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel orders within 6 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible.

Product Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy:

Eligibility:

We accept exchanges and returns only in case of damaged products or if it’s totally different product (Wrong Product) from the product ordered by you.

Video Proof Requirement:

Buyers must create a video proof while opening the received package for any return or exchange request. Failure to provide video evidence will result in the denial of the request.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be initiated within 7 days from the date product received by us. To be eligible for a refund, customers must raise the exchange/return request on the same day of delivery.
